To ensure absolute accuracy, maintain our high-end manufacturing standards, and fast-track your production timeline, please gather the following information before submitting your order request.

Providing these details upfront eliminates back-and-forth delays and allows us to move straight to quoting and production.

1. Project Basics

Please define the foundation of your order:

• Item Selection: Specify the exact garments or accessories you are manufacturing

  Example: Hoodies, Sweatpants, T-Shirts, Shorts, Quarter Zips, Caps, Socks

• Quantity Per Style: Our Basics minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 50 pieces per design/colorway combination. Please state your total desired quantity for each style

  Example: Design 1 – Black Hoodie: 50 pieces

• Size, Color & Design Breakdown: Please provide a breakdown for each design, including the color options and quantity needed for each size.

  Example: Design 1 – Black Hoodie: Small 10 , Medium 20, Large 15, XL 5

• Target Due Date: Let us know your ideal delivery date.

2. Artwork & Logo Specifications

To achieve premium execution, we require precise technical details for your branding:

• Application Method: Specify your preferred application method(s):

  • Embroidery

  • DTF (Direct-to-Film)

  • DTG (Direct-to-Garment)

  • Screen Printing

  • Woven Labels or Printed Labels

• Logo Sizes: Provide the exact desired measurements of your graphics in inches or centimeters

  Example: Center Chest: 8 inches wide

• Logo Placement: Clearly state where each design elements should be placed

  Example: Left thigh, right chest, center back

• File Requirements: We require high-resolution, production-ready artwork.

3. Advanced Customizations & Trims

If your project requires bespoke manufacturing details, please include:

• Garment Measurements & Additional Customization: Provide your desired garment dimensions and fit specifications (measurement chart, length, width, etc.), along with details for any additional custom embroidery placements, sizes, techniques, or other specialty applications.

• Fabric & Fabric Weight: Let us know if you have a specific fabric preference or weight

  Example: 420 GSM 100% French Terry Cotton

• Custom Hardware & Finishes: Specify any custom drawstrings, branded metal aglets, or specialized zippers requirements.

• Quantity Per Style: Our Advanced Customization and Trims minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 100 pieces per design/colorway. Please state your total desired quantity.
