At AOEM, we manage every stage of production from development to final delivery. Our streamlined process ensures clear communication, consistent quality, and efficient turnaround times, allowing your products to move from concept to completion with confidence.

1. Consultation & Project Planning

Every project begins with understanding your vision, product requirements, branding details, quantities, and timeline. During this stage, we review all specifications to ensure a smooth production process and establish the best manufacturing approach for your project.

2. Design & Development

Once project details, pricing, and specifications have been finalized and payment has been received, our team prepares your artwork, logos, measurements, and production specifications. Any necessary adjustments are made to ensure all files are manufacturing-ready before sample development begins.

• Artwork review

• Logo placement planning

• Size and measurement specifications

• Production file preparation

• Design approval

3. Pre-Production Sample

After project approval and payment confirmation, a pre-production sample is created for review and approval. This allows you to evaluate the garment's fit, construction, materials, colors, and branding details before bulk manufacturing begins.

Estimated sample turnaround: Approximately 10 days

This stage helps ensure the final production run meets your expectations and provides an opportunity to make any necessary adjustments before moving forward with full production.

4. Bulk Production

Once the sample has been approved, full-scale production begins. Our manufacturing team oversees each stage to maintain consistency, accuracy, and quality throughout the order.

Estimated production time: Approximately 20 days

Production May Include:

• Fabric cutting

• Sewing and assembly

• Application of logos and branding

• Custom labels and tags

• Finishing and packaging preparation

5. Quality Control

Every order undergoes quality inspections throughout production and prior to shipment. Our quality control process is designed to ensure products meet approved specifications and maintain consistent standards.

Quality Checks Include:

• Material inspection

• Construction review

• Branding verification

• Measurement checks

• Final product inspection

6. Packaging & Fulfillment

After passing quality control, products are prepared for shipment. Custom packaging and branding options can be incorporated to ensure products arrive retail-ready and aligned with your brand.

Available Options May Include:

• Hang tags

• Poly bags

• Shopping bags

• Stickers

7. Shipping & Delivery

Once production is complete, orders are securely packed and shipped to our U.S. headquarters for a final quality inspection. After passing this final review, orders are prepared and shipped directly to the client. Tracking information is provided once the order leaves our U.S. facility, allowing you to monitor its progress through final delivery.

Estimated transit time to the U.S.: Approximately 30 days

Final delivery after arrival at our U.S. headquarters: Approximately 3–7 business days

Expedited shipping options are available upon request. For time-sensitive projects, we offer faster international shipping methods that can reduce overseas transit times to as little as 2 weeks.

Pre-production sample development typically takes approximately 10 days.

Bulk production typically takes approximately 20 days.

International shipping to our U.S. headquarters typically takes approximately 30 days.

Final inspection and domestic delivery typically take approximately 3–7 business days.

Total estimated turnaround time: Approximately 63–67 days from sample development through final delivery.
