Can you create a completely custom

product?

Yes. We specialize in custom manufacturing and can produce products based on your designs, specifications, and branding requirements.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

AOEM's minimum order quantities for apparel are strictly enforced:

• 50 units per item for standard production

• 100 units per item for fully custom manufacturing

Orders below these minimums are not accepted. No exceptions.

What information do I need to get started?

To begin, we'll need details about your product, including design ideas, logos and application methods, sizing, quantities, and any specific branding or packaging requirements.

What type of logo application methods do you offer?

We offer a wide range of industry-standard and premium application techniques. Choosing the right method is essential for achieving the specific "look and feel" of your brand. We are happy to advise on the best fit for your fabric and design, but here is a quick breakdown of what we commonly use:

• Embroidery: The gold standard for high-end streetwear. It adds physical texture, durability, and a premium, raised aesthetic. Best for logos, monograms, and minimalist designs.

• DTF (Direct-to-Film): This method prints your design onto a special film first, then heat-presses it directly onto the fabric. Highly cost-effective.

• DTG (Direct-to-Garment): This method applies ink directly into the fabric's fibers, making the design feel like part of the garment rather than sitting on top of it. It delivers an incredibly soft 'hand-feel' that is virtually weightless.

• Screen Printing: This method applies heavy ink directly onto the clothing through a specialized stencil. This process creates thick, bold artwork with unmatched durability.

What inside labeling options do you offer?

We offer two interior branding options for both neck and waistband placements:

Woven Labels: Premium woven labels sewn into the garment for a classic, high-end retail finish that showcases your brand and provides long-lasting durability.

Printed (Tagless) Labels: Premium printed labels directly applied to the inside of the garment, creating a clean look with maximum comfort.

Do I need a sample before production?

Yes. A pre-production sample is created before bulk production begins so you can review and approve the product before moving forward.

How long does a sample take?

Pre-production samples typically take approximately 10 days to complete.

Can changes be made after I receive my sample?

Yes. Any necessary adjustments can be made after sample review and before bulk production begins.

How long does production take?

Once the sample has been approved, bulk production typically takes approximately 20 days.

What types of branding can be added?

We offer a variety of custom branding options, including:

Can you provide custom packaging?

Yes. We offer custom packaging solutions to help create a professional and retail-ready presentation for your products.

How do you ensure quality?

Every order undergoes quality inspections throughout production and again at our U.S. headquarters before being shipped to the client.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping to our U.S. headquarters typically takes approximately 30 days. After a final inspection, orders are shipped to clients and generally arrive within 7 business days.

Do you offer faster shipping options?

Yes. Expedited shipping options are available upon request. Depending on the shipping method selected, overseas transit times can be reduced to as little as 2 weeks.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Tracking information is provided once your order has been shipped and becomes available.

What is the total turnaround time?

Most projects take approximately 67 days from sample development through final delivery. Expedited orders can be completed in approximately 51 days.

When does production begin?

After payment is received, your project will enter the pre-production stage. Once all pre-production details are approved, production will begin.

How do I get started?

Simply contact us with your project details, and our team will guide you through the entire process from development and sampling to production and delivery.

Do you offer any free branding options based on order quantity?

Yes. We offer complimentary branding options depending on your order quantity:

50 units per item: Includes free printed (tagless) inside labels.

100 units per item: Includes your choice of printed or woven inside labels, along with complimentary custom poly bags.

For larger production runs, additional branding options and special packaging opportunities may be available. Please contact our team to discuss custom options and receive details based on your project requirements.

Can I place repeat orders?

Yes. Repeat orders can be placed at any time and are often processed more efficiently when product specifications have already been approved.

Do you offer a referral program?

Yes. AOEM offers a referral program for clients, partners, and industry professionals who introduce new business to us.

For every successful referral, you'll receive 10% of every order placed by the referred client, indefinitely. There is no limit to the number of clients you can refer, allowing you to earn ongoing commissions as long as the referred client continues to place orders with AOEM.
