To ensure absolute accuracy, maintain our high-end manufacturing standards, and fast-track your production timeline, please gather the following information before submitting your order request.

Providing these details upfront eliminates back-and-forth delays and allows us to move straight to quoting and production.

1. Project Basics

Please define the foundation of your order:

• Item Selection: Specify the exact garments or accessories you are manufacturing (e.g., Heavyweight Hoodies, Luxury Sweatpants, Custom Plush, Keychains).

• Quantity Per Style: Our standard minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 50 pieces per design/colorway. Please state your total desired quantity.

• Size & Color Breakdown: Provide the exact breakdown of colors and sizes needed (e.g., Black Hoodie: 10 Small, 20 Medium, 20 Large).

• Target Due Date: Let us know your ideal delivery date. Please note: Standard production and shipping timelines apply from the date of final sample approval.

2. Artwork & Logo Specifications

To achieve premium execution, we require precise technical details for your branding:

• Application Method: Specify your preferred decoration method(s):

  • Premium 2D/3D Embroidery

  • High-Density Screen Printing

  • Custom Woven Labels or Patches

• Logo Sizes: Provide the exact desired measurements of your graphics in inches or centimeters (e.g., "Center Chest: 8 inches wide").

• Logo Placement: Clearly state where each design elements should be placed (e.g., Left thigh, center chest, woven label stitched on the hood cuff).

• File Requirements: We require high-resolution, production-ready artwork. Please ensure your files meet the following criteria:

  • Vector Formats: .AI, .EPS, or .PDF (Highly Preferred)

  • Raster Formats: High-resolution, layered .PSD files

  • Note: Please convert all text/fonts to outlines to avoid formatting errors.

3. Advanced Customizations & Trims

If your project requires bespoke manufacturing details, please include:

• Fabric & Fabric Weight: Let us know if you have a specific fabric preference or weight (e.g., 400 GSM 100% Cotton).

• Custom Hardware & Finishes: Specify any custom drawstrings, branded metal aglets, specialized zippers, or custom polybag packaging requirements.

• Pantone Colors: If your brand uses strict color guidelines, please provide the Pantone (PMS) color codes for your fabrics and inks.
